Part 3 of our Introduction to Intaglio course follows on from the last 2 weeks classes. You will learn how to prepare and mix the etching solution, etch the plate that you prepared last week, and take 2 – 3 prints from it.
Wherever possible we will be using ‘safe’ acrylic resist materials during the course but you need to be aware that Hippo Screenprinters is a working print studio where some solvent based inks are used so, unfortunately, our classes are not suitable for anyone who is sensitive to solvent fumes.
